Returns, Replacements & The Not-So-Fun Stuff
At Legends Loud, we want you to love what lands on your doorstep. Every item is made to order especially for you, so please read the details below before requesting a return or replacement.
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.
For packages that are lost in transit, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If the problem is due to an error on our part, we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
To report an issue, please contact us with your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to our fulfilment partner, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once the correct address has been confirmed.
Unclaimed Deliveries
If a delivery isn't collected and is returned to our fulfilment partner, reshipping costs may apply if you'd like the order sent again.
Returned items that remain unclaimed for more than 30 days may be donated to charity and will no longer be available for reshipment or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every Legends Loud product is printed specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.
If you'd like a different size or product after your order has been produced, a new order will need to be placed.
However, if there's a genuine issue with your item, we'll always do our best to help.
Hygiene & Safety Products
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Customers in Brazil
Customers residing in Brazil who wish to cancel a purchase must contact us within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item and provide photos of the product.
Requests will be reviewed to confirm that the product has not been used, damaged, or altered. Refund eligibility will be determined following that review.
Information for EU Customers
Under EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
Products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised items.
Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
As all Legends Loud products are made to order, some returns may not be eligible under these regulations.
